Returns & Refunds policy

We want you to enjoy every cup.

Because tea is a food product, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll happily arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If you change your mind before opening your tea, please contact us.

Returns of unopened products may be accepted at our discretion. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless we've made an error.
