Exhale

Cooling botanicals for slowing down and letting go.

Inspired by the releasing breath, Exhale brings together peppermint, spearmint, lemongrass, lavender, lemon verbena and lemon balm over a gentle hemp-husk base. Fresh, cooling and softly aromatic, it’s a naturally caffeine-free blend for quieter moments and an easier end to the day.

Why drink Exhale?

Calm & Relaxation
Lemon balm has a long history of traditional use and has been studied in humans for its effects on relaxation, mood and the response to everyday stress.

A Soothing Evening Ritual
Lavender and lemon balm are among the botanicals studied in relation to relaxation and sleep quality, making Exhale a natural choice when you’re ready to slow the pace.

Digestive Comfort
Peppermint has long been enjoyed after meals and has been extensively studied for its relationship with digestive comfort, while spearmint and lemon verbena add a fresh, gentle herbal character.

Cooling Botanical Balance
Peppermint and spearmint bring a clean cooling lift, balanced by bright lemongrass, soft florals and gentle citrus-herbal notes.

Fresh, Cooling & Soothing

Mint leads the cup with a clean, refreshing character, while lemongrass and lemon verbena bring brightness. Lavender and lemon balm soften the blend, with hemp husks adding depth and body.
